水东村是福建省南平市建阳区童游街道下辖的行政村，属城乡结合区，位于街道西北部、崇阳溪东畔。村名因它位于崇阳溪东面而来。1971年设立水东村，1984年建村。此前它属潭城镇，2002年12月撤镇设街后划归童游街道。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

1996年，村里获建阳首家科技示范村的称号。[1]
