黄墩村位于潭城街道西部，辖3个自然村和4个村民小组。[1]

地名由来[edit]

因黄姓人家最早在麻阳溪边建村，村名由此而来。[1]

概况[edit]

据博雅地名网所载，全村土地总面积8151亩，耕地1561亩，林地则有5165亩；共915人、201户，统计年份未注明。[1]

村里以传统粮食种植为基础，兼营烟草和水果种植。[1] 2021年12月，村庄被认定为「2021年度南平市绿盈乡村中级版村庄」。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

明清时期此地属崇泰里，即今莒口镇一带。民国十七年（1928年）废除里图后设立区乡，黄墩归一区（童游）水南乡；1932年起实行联保制。1945年并乡后隶属景贤镇。[2]

1961年成立黄墩大队，1984年称黄墩村，隶属童游乡；2002年12月起划归潭城街道。[2]
