潭城街道是福建省南平市建阳区的街道，位于建阳区中部，崇阳溪与麻阳溪在城南汇合。据建阳区人民政府2026年5月公布的名单，街道辖12个社区和8个行政村，其中社区多在市区。[1][2][4]
街道境内的考亭村是朱熹晚年授徒讲学的地方，考亭书院就设在这里。朱熹在此完成《四书章句集注》定本，后世称其学派为考亭学派。[5][6]
历史沿革[edit]
街道所在的一带，西汉时闽越王余善反汉，曾在此筑城，称大潭城。城东门外，崇阳溪与麻阳溪会合处水深超过一丈，原称龙潭，街道因城得名潭城。[2][3]
宋元两代，此地隶属三桂里，里名又作三贵里。[1] 2002年末，潭城镇被撤销，改设街道，童游镇的6个村也随之并入。[1]
建阳城区于1949年5月10日获得解放。[3] 登高山上设有建阳革命烈士墓与英雄纪念碑。[3]
地理环境[edit]
此地气候为中亚热带季风型，四季分明，雨水多，光热丰足。崇阳溪、麻阳溪两条河流穿过境内。油岩山、周墩、回瑶和溪源四处各建有水库。[3]
经济[edit]
林木方面，活立木蓄积达43.94万立方米；毛竹立足量则为32.75万根。[3] 特产以葡萄、荸荠、建阳桔柚、食用菌、红糖和白莲为主，另有原木、竹和笋。[3]
名胜古迹[edit]
考亭村内的考亭书院，朱熹于南宋绍熙三年（1192年）筑室居此，起名竹林精舍，因求学者日多而扩建，改称沧州精舍。淳祐四年（1244年）书院受官方认定，御书匾额题“考亭书院”。[5]
恢复工程于2015年着手，2019年一期完工，完工后书院分为祭祀、展示、研学和管理四大片区。[5]
书院旁的考亭古街内有四十余栋古建筑，以闽北风格为主，兼有浙江、江西、安徽等地的样式。[6]
考亭村的阙里水街属建阳市考亭水利风景区，其中有一座廊桥名凌波，原是西门电站大桥，后改造成闽北风格的廊桥。[7]
北门社区境内有潭山公园。[8]
