谷园村是福建省南平市延平区巨口乡的行政村，位于延平区东南部山区，距乡政府约6公里，村中有兰峰自然村。[2]村民以吴、张两姓为主。[2]

地名由来[edit]

据《1993年南平市志·地名志》，村委会设在谷园，村名取五谷丰盈之意，别称「金谷园」。[1][3]

历史沿革[edit]

明初（1368年）此地归余庆西里管辖，1657年（清顺治十四年）改入余西里；1934年起属南平县第三区余庆乡。[1]

1954年设谷园乡，1958年改称谷园大队，1963年划入巨口公社，1984年改为谷园村委会。[1]

文化[edit]

谷园村的剪纸、竹编是当地的传统技艺，百度百科将其列为非遗项目。[3]

村中的进士院旗杆厝等清代古建筑，据百度百科载，至今仍有保留。[3]

中国传统村落名录的第五批在2019年6月收录了本村；省级传统村落第一批于2015年10月公布入选名单；2024年1月被命名为2023年福建省卫生村。[1][3]
