巨口村是福建省南平市延平区巨口乡的行政村，也是乡政府所在的集镇，乡政府驻地即在本村。[2]村子沿武步溪分布，村北建有长泉电站，村南建有赤岭电站，两座电站形成库湾。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

明初（1368年）此地归余庆西里管辖，1657年（清顺治十四年）改入余西里。1934年起属南平县第三区的余庆乡，1941年称巨口保。[1]

1950年划入第三区的巨口乡，1958年并入红旗（樟湖）人民公社，1963年改属巨口公社，1984年改设巨口村委会。[1]

地理环境[edit]

武步溪从村中流过。村辖赤岭、洋尾、赤坑头三个自然村，笔架山位于赤坑头自然村的上方。[1]

文化[edit]

村中的「油行厝」是全乡建筑面积最大的一座。[1]

2015年10月入选福建省第一批省级传统村落；2024年1月被命名为2023年福建省卫生村。[1]
