下岚村是炉下镇下辖的行政村，村委会驻下岚。全村设5个村民小组，下辖下岚主村、樟岚、陈坑和古长坑四个自然村。[1]
地名由来[edit]
因村委会驻下岚，此地地处山地、水汽弥漫，由此得名。[1]
人口与面积[edit]
2011年末，辖区内1629人，其中1599人为常住，30人为流动人口，全部是汉族。辖区东西相距最远3千米，南北相距最远1千米，总面积11.67平方千米，陆地占11.41平方千米。[2]
荣誉[edit]
2021年12月，下岚村被认定为「2021年度南平市“绿盈乡村”中级版村庄」。2024年1月，被命名为「2023年福建省卫生村」。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
明代隶属杜溪里，清代仍旧。1941年，此地为南平县第一区炉溪乡下岚保；1943年改属炉湄乡，1949年归第四区。1958年成立下岚大队，1961年归炉下公社，1984年改为下岚村民委员会。1995年起属炉下镇。[1]
