洋洧村是炉下镇下辖的行政村，位于镇域东北部，村部驻洋洧，距市区22千米。村子初名樟洋，后改为洋洧。全村设3个村民小组。[1]
地名由来[edit]
村子周围的樟树很多，连成一片望去像海洋，初名樟洋，后改称洋洧。据《1993年南平市志·地名志》，村委会驻地洋洧地处杜溪河畔，溪流在此汇集回绕，因而得名。[1]
地理位置[edit]
村子在镇域东北部，东边与太平镇儒罗村相邻，东南接官庄村，南面是下井村，西面是下岚村，北面是瓦口村，东北接斜溪村。[2]
人口与面积[edit]
2011年末，村内1071人，常住986人，另有流动人口86人，全部是汉族。全村面积5.95平方千米，陆地5.83平方千米，水域0.13平方千米。[2]
荣誉[edit]
2024年1月，洋洧村被命名为「2023年福建省卫生村」。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
明代此地属杜溪里，清代沿袭。1934年隶属南平县第六区炉溪乡，1941年设洋洧保；1943年改属炉湄乡，1949年归第四区炉下乡。1958年设洋洧大队，划入东方红（夏道）人民公社；1961年归炉下公社；1984年改为洋洧村民委员会。1995年起属炉下镇。[1]
