际头村是茫荡镇下辖的行政村，村名因村处小溪瀑布的上方而得。村中有际头长桥、际头文章阁等文物。[1][2][4]

建村[edit]

际头村开基至今已有五百余年。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

清顺治十四年（1657年）此地属新兴里。1934年归南平县第二区，1946年改属大溪乡，1949年列入第七区，1952年归第十一区，称际头乡。[1][3]

1958年隶红专（峡阳）公社，称际头大队；1961年改属大洋公社，仍称际头大队；1984年划归大洋乡；2002年撤销茂地镇与大洋乡后，属茫荡镇，改称际头村委会。[1][3]

文化遗产[edit]

际头文章阁、际头长桥、落托廊桥均为清代建筑，洛托陈坑坪遗址为青铜时代遗址，四处均见于2012年延平区不可移动文物名录。[4]

荣誉[edit]

2017年8月，际头村列入「第二批省级传统村落」名录，延平区人民政府网站称其为省级传统村落。[1][5]

2021年11月，福建省爱卫办授予际头村「2021年福建省卫生村」称号；同年12月，获「2021年度福建省森林村庄」称号。[1]
