地名由来[edit]
村名原作上楼，与大横镇的同名村庄相重，遂于1979年至1980年间改为三楼。[1][2]
自然村[edit]
本村的自然村计有七个：发春楼、新江口、下楼、上楼、吾岭地、岐头与羊眠坑。[2]
历史沿革[edit]
清顺治十四年（1657年）属新兴里。民国时期先归南平县第二区，1941年改入大洋乡，称上楼保；1946年改属大溪乡。1949年列入第七区，1952年归第十一区。[1][3]
1958年隶红专（峡阳）公社；1961年划入大洋公社，称上楼大队；1984年归大洋乡；2002年撤销茂地镇与大洋乡后，属茫荡镇。[1][3]
荣誉[edit]
2017年8月，三楼村列入「第二批省级传统村落」名录；2019年6月，入选第五批「中国传统村落」名录。2020年12月，三楼村入选「2020年度福建省一村一品示范村」名单（果蔬）；2021年4月，获评「2020年度福建省乡村振兴实绩突出村」。[1]
2021年11月，福建省爱卫办授予三楼村「2021年福建省卫生村」称号；同年12月，获「2021年度福建省森林村庄」称号，并被认定为「2021年度南平市绿盈乡村中级版村庄」。2025年3月，三楼村被认定为「福建省第一批省级乡村振兴示范村」。[1]
