聪坑村地处茫荡镇西北一带，与峡阳镇翁坑村相接。村名的变迁与两条小水坑有关：村庄旁有两条小水坑，旧名龙凤坑，又名双坑，明代改称葱坑，后雅化为今名。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

相传1374年村民由顺昌迁来定居。清顺治十四年（1657年）属新兴里，名葱。1934年归南平县第二区，1941年改入大洋乡，称聪坑保。1949年列入第七区，1952年归第十一区。[1][3]

1958年隶红专（峡阳）公社，称聪坑大队；1961年改属大洋公社；1984年划归大洋乡；2002年撤销茂地镇与大洋乡后，归茫荡镇。[1][3]

文化遗产[edit]

聪坑黄氏家庙为清代建筑，聪坑盖庆庵门楼为明代建筑，两者均列入2012年延平区不可移动文物名录。[4]

荣誉[edit]

2017年8月，聪坑村列入「第二批省级传统村落」名录；2019年6月，列入第五批「中国传统村落」名录；2021年11月，福建省爱卫办授予聪坑村「2021年福建省卫生村」称号。[1]
