际上村隶属延平区塔前镇，村落坐落在一道溪涧上方，村名因此而来。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

明洪武元年（1368）此地隶云盖里，清顺治十四年（1657）改入大内里。1941年先归第一区白塔乡，1950年转入第五区塔前乡，1952年设际上乡（属第十区），1956年并入西芹区的塔前乡。1958年归火车头（西芹）公社，1961年改归土堡公社，1984年改设土堡乡，1989年起隶塔前乡，1993年改属塔前镇。[1]
