儒罗村位于太平镇境内，村名取自儒岭、罗厝两个自然村的首字。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1934年时归南平县第六区的湄洋乡所辖；1941年改属第一区湄洋乡，那时称儒岭罗厝2保。1950年曾划至第九区斜溪乡，1952年又改属第九区的儒罗乡。[2]
1958年称儒罗大队，1984年改为儒罗村村民委员会，1992年随太平乡改为太平镇。[2]
