井窠村是延平区王台镇下辖的行政村，位于镇域西南部，距集镇约7公里。村内地势平坦，博雅地名网称它是王台镇的米粮仓。村名的来历：村委会驻井窠，村子位于山窠之中，昔日村民曾在此凿井取水。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1657年（清顺治十四年）此地属太平里，1936年起称井窠保，归溪后乡管辖。民国后期此地划入台溪镇，新中国成立后一度回到溪后乡。1958年改称井窠大队，其后隶属又有数次调整，1984年后归王台乡，1991年改隶王台镇。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

井窠村旧村部如今改为「延平三千年历史文化（井窠）展览馆」。展馆一楼是延平民俗博物馆，陈列茶洋窑和传统农村生活场景，楼上展区讲述延平建县以来的历史。[2]

文化[edit]

2024年1月，井窠村获「2023年福建省卫生村」称号。2020年11月，该村上榜「2020年度南平市绿盈乡村中级版村庄」名单。2022年10月，经福建省农业农村厅认定，井窠村为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」。[1]
