历史沿革[edit]

1997年，原南山大村划分为五个村，中山街村为其中之一。村名是为纪念孙中山先生而定。[1][2]

1933年，红军第三军团的彭德怀、滕代远率部围攻南平城，一支三百余人的东方军队伍进入南山，宣传革命理念。1987年，该村被认定为老区村。[1][2]
