南山镇是福建省南平市延平区东部的乡镇，距南平市区约30公里。镇域面积197.38平方千米，辖行政村的数目，延平区人民政府网站作25个，博雅地名网与快懂百科作26个。[1][2][7]

镇域处在延平、古田与建瓯三地的交界处，东面与洋后镇相邻，西面靠着夏道镇，南侧为赤门乡，北边连接大横镇并与建瓯市接壤。吉溪河是境内第一大河，纵贯全境。[1][2]

镇内保存着较完整的传统古旧街区，大坝村与凤池村为省级历史文化名村，游定夫祠等文物古迹集中于此。镇境还是革命老区，1948年中共闽浙赣省委曾在此召开扩党练干会议。[1][6][8]

历史沿革[edit]

南宋至元明清时，此地属积善乡，明代分属南架普安里、迁乔里与乔保里，民国时称吉溪境。1934年设大凤镇与南山乡，1939年归第四区管辖。[3][5]

1946年改称大凤镇，隶属南平县。1950年10月分设大垻、凤池、南山、村尾、折竹五个乡，1956年并为大凤、南山、龙湾三乡，属大凤区。1958年并入飞跃（大凤）人民公社，1984年改设大凤乡。[3]

1992年初，大凤乡被取消，原地改设南山镇，镇政府驻南山村。1995年撤市设区后，南山镇改属延平区。原南山大村于1997年析分出华兴街、明前街、长春街、中山街与南山五个村，同年坑仔源村也由南山村中独立设村。2000年撤销南山社区。[3][4]

关于南山名称的来历，一说此地位于东山左侧、隔北坑相对，故称南山；另一说此处原本是一座山，名为南山。《南平县志·山川志》所列南平山脉中也有一座南山，属迁乔里。[5]

南山吴氏始祖吴卓于唐咸通元年中进士，后任汀州县令。唐亡后，他不愿为后梁效力，便带领两代人迁往闽北山区的橘溪（今吉溪一带）开垦，溪因此得名。[5]

地理环境[edit]

镇域东西向拉长、南北窄狭，属中亚热带季风气候，年平均气温19.3℃，年降水量1660毫米，无霜期286天。吉溪河纵贯全境，年径流量4.5亿立方米。[1][2]

地下矿藏有透辉石、石英砂、石棉、黄铁、大理石等十余种，其中透辉石储量1000万吨，石英砂储量160万吨，两者品位较高。芹山一带探明有矿泉水。[1][7]

人口民族[edit]

延平区人民政府网站所载南山镇总人口为2.845万人。快懂百科引用第七次全国人口普查数据，称2020年11月1日的常住人口为14752人，两个数字的统计口径并不相同。[1][7]

经济[edit]

镇内传统产业以红曲、大凤粉干与豆豉最为知名，农副产品有笋干、香菇、银杏与山药等。[1][7]

2021年4月，南山镇被纳入「2021年农业产业强镇创建名单」；2023年8月，以奶业为主的南山镇又出现在「首批国家农业产业强镇」的名单之中。[2][7]

文化[edit]

民间习俗里，高脚戏与迎人戏流传至今，此外还有锣鼓队、神鼓队与龙灯队等组织。[7]

大坝村于2003年被认定为历史文化名村，凤池村于2003年1月列入第二批福建省历史文化名镇名村；两村于2015年10月同入选福建省第一批省级传统村落。[12][13]

名胜古迹[edit]

游定夫祠在凤池村。游酢为北宋理学家，其九世孙游以仁于元延祐三年（1316年）建成此祠。明清两代经四度修葺，眼下所见的建筑是清道光十七年（1837年）完成的，祠内设有游定夫纪念馆。该祠于1996年列为福建省第四批省级文物保护单位。[6][9][10]

除游定夫祠外，镇内还有吴卓墓（唐代，华兴街村）、游居敬墓（明代，明前街村）、游开墓（宋代，大坝村）、明前吴氏祠堂延陵堂与游定夫书院（清代，凤池村）等区级文物保护单位，以及明前两吴书院（清代）。[8]

1948年，中共闽浙赣省委在明洋村杜嵩岭李家祠堂召开扩党练干会议，史称南平会议，其会址为区级文物保护单位。同年省委机关也曾驻村尾与江布等地。[8][11]
