大埂村是延平区峡阳镇辖的行政村，位于316国道沿线，与顺昌县交界。[1]
地名由来[edit]
据《南平市志·地名志》（1993年），原名埂头，1958年改称大埂。村四周依山，筑有小土堤，故名。[1]
人口[edit]
全村372户，人口1432人（2011年末统计）。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1950年为第七区的大埂乡；1958年纳入红专人民公社（峡阳）；1963年归入峡阳公社；1984年改属峡阳镇。[1]
