据《南平市志·地名志》（1993年），村靠河边有高石岩，故名。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1941年属峡阳镇梅岐保；1958年纳入红专人民公社（峡阳）；1984年改设洋安村民委员会，仍属峡阳镇。[1]
