历史沿革[edit]
明洪武元年（1368年）属大外里，清代仍之。民国时期属南洲乡，称塘泗保，后改属洋洲乡，称泗坑保。1958年划入火车头（西芹）人民公社，1961年改属南洲公社，1963年归西芹公社。[3][2]
地名由来[edit]
村名由旧名“泗坑报”演变而来。[4]
地理环境[edit]
旧村建在岩层之上，覆土很薄。1992年和2005年连续遭受滑坡等地质灾害，2010年6月又发生特大滑坡，地表下沉七米多，旧村已无法住人。[2]
经济[edit]
新村规划总建筑规模165户，第一期2009年实施115户，第二期2012年实施50户。[2]
文化[edit]
福建省爱卫办于2021年11月将泗坑村列为「2021年福建省卫生村」。[1]
