田垱村位于西芹镇驻地西偏约12.1千米，村内辖田垱、归荣、邦坂、际头坪4个自然村。村名来自地处小田洋、村前有土堆的地形。[1][3]

历史沿革[edit]

明洪武元年（1368年）属开平里，清顺治十四年（1657年）沿用明代旧制。民国30年（1941年）时此地称归荣保，隶属西洋乡。1952年归荣乡，1956年改属留墩乡，1958年划入火车头（西芹）人民公社。1961年改属峰坪公社，1963年归西芹公社，1984年改为今名。[2][1]

人口民族[edit]

村民以刘、林、黄三姓为主，刘氏多居际头坪与邦坂，林氏居归荣，黄氏居田垱。[1]

经济[edit]

村民多外出经营“沙县小吃”。村内另有一座股份制小水电站，以及一家生产清水笋罐头的私营企业。[1]

文化[edit]

村内庙宇有三座：黄龙殿、东溪庵和岩头洞，节日前后香火最盛。[1]
