历史沿革[edit]
村名来自徐姓人家在此开基、开荒耕种。[4]
明洪武元年（1368年）已属寿山里，清代仍循明制。1934年归第六区下道镇，1941年改为第一区下道镇的徐洋保。1950年、1951年间属第四区；1958年东方红（夏道）公社设徐洋大队，1984年划为夏道镇属村。[3]
名胜古迹[edit]
李延平祠建于清代，位于徐洋村，被列为「区级文物保护单位」。[2]
