宋坍村位于来舟镇集镇南面，濒临富屯溪，距镇政府约1千米。村名因宋姓在此奠基而得。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

明清时隶属梅东里。1946年起属台溪镇，称宋坍保。1954年为第六区（王台）辖下的宋坍乡。1958年归王台公社管辖，称宋坍大队，1963年转隶来舟镇，名称不变。1984年改称宋坍村委会。[1]

2021年12月，宋坍村被认定为「2021年度南平市绿盈乡村中级版村庄」。[1]
