兴达社区位于水东街道金凤路一带，西北与东溪社区接壤，沿工业路展开。社区名称因辖区内有兴达新村而来。[1][4]

历史沿革[edit]

社区1988年设立，当时称大官居民委员会。20世纪90年代，此处开发了一片居住小区，称兴达新村。2001年，大官居委会撤销，随即设立兴达居委会；2002年2月，改为兴达社区居民委员会。[2][3]
