黄墩街道是福建省南平市延平区的街道，位于延平区北部，东面隔建溪与水东街道相望，南面与梅山街道相邻，西面接茫荡镇，北面与大横镇连接。街道名称取自“建于黄土堆上”之意。[1][4]

历史沿革[edit]

宋代这一带属富沙乡，明清两代属演仙下里。民国以后先后划入第一区与城关，新中国成立后一度称黄墩乡，1957年起并入东坑郊区，1958年编入东坑红旗人民公社，次年改属东坑公社。[3]

1982年5月，黄墩街道得以设立，其后由南平市人民政府城市工作办公室统辖。这一办公室于1991年6月撤销，街道转由县级南平市人民政府管理。[3]

1992年11月东坑乡被撤销，黄墩村与安丰村改归街道管理。南平于1995年1月撤市设区，街道随之成为延平区的一部分。2002年2月，官厅后、黄林两个社区被撤销，2003年3月安丰村改隶茫荡镇。[3]

地理环境[edit]

街道辖区面积约43平方千米，属延平区城郊型街道。境内有福银、浦南两条高速公路，205国道与市区环城公路也经过此地。[1][2][4]
