地名由来[edit]
据博雅地名网所载，村名是为纪念宋末一位地方官而取的，这位官员名叫宋卿。方言中“卿”与“坑”读音相近，于是称“送坑”[1]。
历史沿革[edit]
1943年并为下林保，新中国成立初期属西卿乡。1961年起单独设为送坑大队，1984年起称送坑村委会，此后沿用送坑之名[1]。
产业与高山族特色村寨[edit]
茶叶是村里的主要产业，村民自发组建了多家茶叶合作社，并在外地多处开设茶叶专卖店[2]。
村里建有高山族特色村寨，设有高山族文化馆、特色民居、演艺舞台和风情广场，并配套公厕、停车场等设施。据百度百科，该村是全国唯一的高山族特色村寨试点，借福建土楼华安景区的带动，发展茶叶与旅游相融合的乡村休闲业[3]。
荣誉[edit]
2025年10月，送坑村被认定为「漳州市2025年度市级一村一品专业村」（茶叶）；同年11月，村子列入「2025年漳州市乡村振兴实绩突出村」[1]。
