下垅村隶属华安县马坑乡，坐落在南靖、漳平与华安三县的交界地带。村内的下垅苏维埃政府旧址属福建省文物保护单位。[1][7]

地理交通[edit]

村子四面群山环抱，路况较差：村中约有20多公里的机耕路，水泥路尚未修到村里。向东到文华村为8公里，向南到和溪北场为9公里。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

据博雅地名网所载，村名霞垅可上溯至清康熙十八年（1679年）。明崇祯年间定名霞垄，后因谐音写作「下垅」。[2][3]

1943年时村子隶归德乡，解放初划入文霞乡；1958年成为霞垄大队，1984年设下垅村委会。[3]

革命旧址[edit]

下垅苏维埃政府旧址位于村中德英堂，原为民居，占地约288平方米。1929年8月，邻县漳平永福乡成立苏维埃政府，其革命活动随后延伸到马坑乡境内。1930年2月，村里组建了苏维埃政府，并配有赤卫队，政府驻德英堂。[4][5]

2013年，该旧址列入「福建省第八批省级文物保护单位」名录。[4][5]

人物[edit]

村人李友理（约1904年至1932年）于1929年入党，1930年2月起担任下垅村苏维埃政府的主席。1932年10月苏维埃政权遭破坏，他被南靖和溪的民团抓获，后牺牲。[6]

产业[edit]

村中产业以种植生姜为主，并大力发展毛竹，博雅地名网称下垅村为「毛竹之村」。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2020年1月，下垅村因绞股蓝产业获评「漳州市2019年度市级一村一品示范村」。[1]
