马坑乡是福建省漳州市华安县下辖的乡，位于县境西北部，乡政府驻马坑村。据博雅地名网所载，全乡海拔在500米至1040米之间，是漳州市海拔最高的乡镇。[1]

乡内辖六个行政村，其中草仔山村后于2005年改名为贡鸭山村。[1][6]

历史沿革[edit]

民国时期，今乡域内的村分属迎新、归德、迎富、迎春等乡，村下设保。[2]

1958年撤区并乡后，各村分属高安乡、福春乡等；1961年至1983年设马坑公社，1984年恢复乡镇制，马坑乡由此设立。[3]

地理环境[edit]

乡境山地较多，地势高，据博雅地名网，乡境海拔在500米至1040米之间。乡政府所在的马坑村海拔750米，县城在其东边62公里处，北侧紧邻漳平市的永福镇，到漳州市区约96公里。[1][7]

名胜古迹[edit]

乡内的文物古迹主要有下垅苏维埃政府旧址、龙兴庵和贡鸭山。下垅苏维埃政府旧址属福建省文物保护单位，龙兴庵为省级文物保护单位，贡鸭山是华安国家森林公园的主要景区之一。[4][5][6]
