高安镇是福建省漳州市华安县下辖的镇，位于县境西南部，属山区，镇政府驻高安村。全镇辖高安、邦都、平东、半岭、西洋、三洋、坪水七个行政村，其中坪水村是畲族村。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

解放前此地称归德乡，解放初隶属第二区。1958年建为跃新人民公社，次年改称高安人民公社；1984年10月改设高安乡，1997年改为镇，名称沿用至今。[1][2]

镇名由高墩、安竹坪两个自然村名各取首字组合而成。[1]

地理环境[edit]

镇域面积约96平方千米。坪水村位于九龙江北溪西侧的丘陵山区，与南靖县金山镇毗邻，海拔约680米。[1][7]

人口民族[edit]

全镇七个行政村中，坪水村为畲族村，是全镇唯一的民族村。[1]

经济[edit]

名胜古迹[edit]

东溪窑遗址位于华安县高安镇与南靖县龙山、金山两镇的交界处，本镇一侧的东溪头在三洋村。[3][5]

据百度百科，东溪窑遗址是明清时期闽南地区已知规模最大的窑场之一，分布范围近10平方千米，窑口约22处。它也是明中后期经海上丝绸之路外销瓷器的重要产地。[3]

东溪窑始于明代，兴盛于明末至清中期，产品以青花瓷为主。[4]

1949年5月，闽南支队派出两个团的五个连队进入华安开展活动，高安村的归德乡公所与后墘的振凤楼各留下一处战斗遗址。[1][6]

邦都村联春楼一带有华南区游击队战斗遗址，属第二次国内革命战争时期闽南游击战争的遗迹。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2014年9月，环境保护部授予高安镇「2012年—2013年度国家级生态乡镇」称号。[1]

2022年12月，高安镇被命名为「2022年福建省森林城镇」。[1]

2023年2月，「福建省第三批高级版绿盈乡镇」名单公布，高安镇列入其中。[1]

2024年1月，高安镇被命名为「2023年福建省卫生乡镇」。[1]
