在平和县，福建平和工业园区是唯一获省级认定的工业园区，同时带有省级山海协作示范园区的身份，核心位于文峰镇黄井村，规划面积45.3平方千米，可供工业使用的土地有2713.22公顷[1][2]。

历史沿革[edit]

园区的起点是1999年2月设立的平和县文峰工业区[2]。此后，漳州市于2002年8月把它定为市级园区；到2006年3月，它获批成为省级园区，2007年3月起设有党工委与管委会[2]。

位置与交通[edit]

黄井园区坐落在平和、南靖与龙海的交界地带，省道官九线从园区内穿过[2]。以黄井为核心，西蝉、黄井、文峰、山格和小溪一线靠着355国道相连，形成一条工业带[1]。

黄井园区距漳州48公里，距厦门90公里，距汕头120公里；至漳州港约70公里，至厦门港约80公里。这里处在厦门、泉州与潮汕之间，两个小时的车程即可抵达这几处经济区[1]。

产业[edit]

园区的产业分为两组：食品加工、生态木业、新型建材与装备制造属于基础产业，新材料与医药健康则是新兴产业。黄井园区的主导方向偏重新型建材、生态木业与新材料[1]。

基础设施[edit]

据2023年8月县政府网站的介绍，园区内有11万伏输变电站5座，污水处理厂2座，各自日处理能力2万吨；自来水厂日供水能力为2万吨。此外，园区还有一座垃圾焚烧发电厂，天然气管道通达全园[1]。

黄井园区内建有上峰水库，是全县规模最大的水库，库容2580万立方米，可向工厂供工业用水[1]。

管理体制[edit]

据百度百科，2025年园区改行管理与行政区划分开的体制，黄井村和西蝉社区改由文峰镇管辖[2]。
