坪洄村是秀峰乡的行政村，位于乡境西北部，东邻坪东村，北接坝头村。[3]
地名由来[edit]
村境地势较平缓，芦溪水绕村流过，因而得名坪洄。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
民国时期此地为坪回乡，1939年改归维新乡，1950年又称坪洄乡。1958年，此地在长乐公社下设坪洄大队；1984年改设坪洄村委会。1993年由拆分出的部分并入秀峰乡。[1][2]
人口与产业[edit]
全村人口1645人，据博雅地名网所载。村内辖田心、坎下两个自然村，通行客家话。[1][3]
村民多在外地经营家具和面包。[1]
