地名由来[edit]
村名由「芦洲」与「丰头坂」两处地名各取一字组成。[2]
历史沿革[edit]
清代村境内有丰洲社和枋头版社。1945年芦丰归芦溪镇中心保管辖，1950年列入第七区中心乡，1958年组建芦丰大队，1984年设为芦丰村委会。[2]
建筑与文物[edit]
村内的丰作厥宁楼为圆形土楼，始建于康熙年间。据1988年8月同济大学考察队的认定，该楼是迄今已发现的世界最大圆形土楼。[3]
村东的碧水岩寺庙为县级文物保护单位，寺庙背靠群山，面临溪水。[3]
荣誉[edit]
2013年8月，该村被纳入第二批中国传统村落名单；第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇这一称号，于2022年10月由福建省农业农村厅授予。[2]
