芦溪镇位于福建省漳州市平和县北部山区，与南靖县书洋镇、永定县湖坑镇相邻。全镇设1个社区，辖17个行政村。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

1929年，芦溪在共产党领导下建立了苏维埃政权，并发展地下党组织和游击战争。革命战争时期，全镇先后有64名烈士，另有546名「五老」支持、掩护或参加红军游击队。[3]

1958年，通往县城的公路开通，此后各村陆续通了公路，芦溪还与南靖、永定两县之间开通了县际公路。[3]

地理环境[edit]

镇内山地约38.4万亩，耕地32545亩。镇域面积，平和县行政区划表作307.401平方千米，博雅地名网作311平方公里，本条目以政府表为准。[1][2][3]

经济[edit]

晒烟是传统的主要经济作物，种植历史悠久，产品销往闽南一带，也远销河北等地。[3]

芦溪咸菜以芥菜为原料腌制而成。1993年成立的兴隆食品厂把咸菜加工成软包装产品。[3]

境内有叶蜡石和青石板材等矿产资源。[3]

名胜古迹[edit]

绳武楼位于蕉路村，是全国重点文物保护单位，平面为圆形，直径43.8米，楼内木雕数量，百度百科载为646处，博雅地名网载为640处。[4][5]

秀芦村的小芦溪点编旧址秀芦陈氏家庙为福建省省级文物保护单位，1937年9月，闽西南人民抗日红军与义勇军在此接受点编。[6]

芦丰村的丰作厥宁楼为圆形土楼，村东的碧水岩寺庙为县级文物保护单位。[7]

著名人物[edit]

明代的詹师傅（?～1517）是连新人，以竹工为业。正德年间，他在闽粤赣边区联络义军起事，正德十二年（1517年）义军在象湖山一带失利。[8]

陈扬美（1573～1641）是东槐村人，明末官员，崇祯十四年（1641年）在外出巡视时去世，遗体安葬在东槐村的水朝宫。[9]

赖继谨（?～1646）是漳汀人，师从黄道周，明末清初随黄道周抗清，1646年与黄道周同时在南京遇害。[10]

叶锦章（1908～1929）生于双峰村，1926年加入中国共产党，曾在平和西北山村组织农民协会。[11]

叶长源是蕉路村人，民国三十年生，1964年毕业于清华大学工程物理系，此后从事核能科学研究。[12]

叶名逊生于民国三十年，1964年毕业于华东师范大学化学系，1967年起在上海市有机氟材料研究所任职。[13]

陈壁辉是东槐村人，民国十九年生，1954年毕业于厦门大学，之后任教于安徽师范大学，为动物学教授。[14]

叶以正（女）是新村人，民国二十六年生，所学为哈尔滨工业大学的技术物理。1961年毕业后，她赴清华大学进修两年，1963年回到哈工大任教，1988年评为教授。[15]
