苏洋村位于九峰镇东部，靠近207省道，距镇区约5公里。[4]

村名来源于苏氏族人在此建房；此处地势平坦开阔，远望如海，故名苏洋。[3]

历史沿革[edit]

1950年属第六区苏洋乡，1958年为九峰公社苏洋大队，1984年改设苏洋村委会。[2]

概况[edit]
