廖安村是福建省漳州市平和县大溪镇南部的村，与诏安县接壤，全村有人口2009人，下设10个自然村。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村子地处山凹，廖姓村民在此安居，村名因此定为廖安。[1]

战前村地归大溪镇廖安保，1950年划入第九区廖安乡，1958年并入大溪公社，称廖安大队，1984年改设村委会。[1]

博雅地名网载，本村为革命老区基点村。[1]
