汤厝村在安厚镇东南，东边紧邻云霄县马铺乡，离镇政府2.5公里，下设5个自然村与10个村民小组。村名取自驻地汤厝自然村。[1][2][3]

村名取驻地汤厝自然村之名。[1]

1958年起属安厚公社，称汤厝大队；1984年改为汤厝村委会。1950年为第五区三合乡辖地，1945年属平南乡三合保。[1]

地理环境[edit]

全村面积4.88平方千米，其中水田1100亩，山地4320亩。村南邻三龙村，北连龙门村的后沟山。[1]
