和平村位于福建省漳州市平和县坂仔镇的南端，距镇区约3公里，是一个农业村。[1]

地名由来[edit]

村民多为外地迁来的零散住户，人们寓意热爱和平发展，因此称和平。[1]

建置沿革[edit]

1956年分拆成立和平高级社，1964年经合并定名和平村。[1] 1958年，本村编入坂仔公社，称和平大队；1984年，改为和平村委会。[1]

概况[edit]

全村有11个村民小组，249户，987人。[1]

荣誉[edit]

和平村入选「2021年福建省卫生村」，入选决定由福建省爱卫办作出，时在2021年11月。[1]
