前山村位于南胜镇西北部，距镇政府2公里，占地6.5平方千米。[1]

村名原因“层”字部首为尸，被认为不吉利，改用音近的“前”字。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1934年时划归第三区南胜镇，1939年设镇时属前山保，1950年为第三区前山乡，1958年设前山大队，1984年改为前山村委会。[1]

地理环境与人口[edit]

耕地1822亩，山地7963亩，全村有14个村民小组，计860户，3165人，其中畲族村民小组一个，人口420人。[1]

姓氏宗族[edit]

据维基百科，村内禾仓一带的蓝氏一支，明初由龙海迁居于此。[3]

名胜古迹[edit]

前山胡氏家祠俗称红瓦祠堂，位于树下自然村，始建于明代，清初重修；2018年9月，它被定为福建省第九批省级文物保护单位。[2]

经济与文化[edit]

村民以种植蜜柚、印度枣、台湾芭乐并外出务工为主，人均年收入8020元。[1]

2021年11月，该村获评「2021年福建省卫生村」；2024年9月，前山村入选漳州市2024年度市级「一村一品」专业村（蜜柚）；2025年11月，前山村入选福建省2025年度省级「一村一品」专业村（蜜柚）。[1]
