安石坑村位于南胜镇南部，占地5.4平方千米。[1][2]

村名经历了改名：据传明朝时有洪氏在矾山坑下采矿制作明矾，此地称洪石坑；后林氏来此开基，因矾山风化常有崩塌，改称崩石坑；解放后将“崩”字改为“安”，名安石坑。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

此前归法华大队管辖，1981年分出另立安石坑大队，1984年改为安石坑村委会。[1]

地理环境与人口[edit]

耕地716亩，山地5826亩，全村辖9个村民小组、306户、1064人。[1][2]

经济[edit]

村民以种植蜜柚、茭白笋和外出务工为主，人均年收入7650元。[1]

文化[edit]

2021年11月，该村获评「2021年福建省卫生村」。[1]
