糠厝村位于南胜镇南部，背靠大矾山，距镇政府1.2公里，占地4.1平方千米。[1][2]

村名据博雅地名网记述，建房时村民盼望田地有收成、人人健康，取“米”与“康”合成“糠”字，故称糠厝。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

此地原属法华管辖，以林姓居民为主，1981年自法华大队析出，因大队部设在糠厝自然村而得名，1984年改为糠厝村委会。[1]

耕地483亩，山地5597亩，全村辖5个村民小组、194户、729人。[1]

经济与名胜[edit]

村民以种植蜜柚、印度枣为主。[1]

据百度百科，村域建有克拉克瓷窑遗址公园，并有999级明清古道和黄木栈道。[2]

文化[edit]

2021年11月，该村获评「2021年福建省卫生村」；2021年12月，糠厝村获评「2021年度福建省森林村庄」。[1]
