柴船村是文峰镇南部较偏僻的山区行政村，距镇区约15公里。村名取柴头埔、船场两个自然村各一字。[1]

地理与人口[edit]

东面隔山与龙东村为邻；西侧与坂仔镇的峨嵋村以溪山相接；南侧以南胜一带的山峰为界；北侧与南虾村毗连。[1]

博雅地名网载全村998多人、246户，分为7个村民小组，有林地面积18728亩（其中有林地4164亩），果园5000多亩，未注年份。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2021年11月，该村获评2021年福建省卫生村。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1958年设柴船大队，次年归文峰公社，1984年改为柴船村委会。[1]
