前埔村是文峰镇南部的山区行政村，也是革命老区村，与三平寺相邻，距平和县城24公里。村名取山前、东埔两个自然村名的末字。[1]

地理与人口[edit]

博雅地名网所载（无年份）：全村596人，140户，两个自然村，四个村民小组；耕地1100亩，林地1700亩，芦柑与蜜柚种植约6000亩。[1]

乡村振兴[edit]

2020年镇长在访谈中称，前埔村是镇内乡村振兴的样板村，依托三平祖师的药签文化发展药膳产业，此外还开辟了近300亩中草药种植地。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2020年12月，该村列入2020年福建省森林村庄；次年（2021年）11月获卫生村称号；同年12月被定为「福建省第二批高级版绿盈乡村（乡镇）」；2023年9月获认定为「漳州市2023年度市级“一村一品”专业村」（蜜柚）。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1958年并入山格公社，称前埔大队；1959年改属文峰公社；1984年改为前埔村委会。[1]
