文洋村是文峰镇下辖的行政村，属镇中心区，镇政府即设在村内，南面是三平寺所在的风景区。村名原作井洋，后随“文峰”之名改为文洋。[1]

地名由来[edit]

村名原作井洋。唐代此地属龙溪县清宁里，明嘉靖三十六年（1557年）划入平和县。清代以后，因文峰圩得名，此地遂取“文峰”的首字，改称文洋，沿用至今。[1]

地理与人口[edit]

村落位于平和县东部，省道官九线穿境而过，距平和县城约13公里。全村分作17个村民小组，另含3个自然村；户数806户，人口2989人（博雅地名网所载，无年份）。[1]

荣誉[edit]

文洋村于2021年11月获得卫生村称号，称号名为2021年福建省卫生村；2023年12月入选2023年度福建省森林村庄；2025年11月又被认定为漳州市乡村振兴实绩突出村。[1]

生态整治[edit]

2020年镇长在访谈中称，文洋村依托镇区所在的位置整治环境，把水域连成亲水湿地公园，河水清、两岸绿，形成一条生态长廊，并与三坪、前埔两村同为镇内的乡村振兴示范点。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

1945年时归文峰乡井洋保管辖；1950年改属第一区文洋乡；1958年划入山格公社并称文洋大队；1959年回归文峰公社；1984年隶属文峰乡，改设文洋村委会。[1]
