文峰镇是福建省漳州市平和县下辖的镇，在县境东部，距县城约14公里，省道官九线穿镇而过。全镇辖3个社区和9个行政村，镇域面积178.5平方千米。镇内的三平寺是佛教寺院，三平风景区属国家4A级旅游区，寺中供奉唐代高僧杨义中，当地称其为三平祖师。[1][2][3]

镇名来历[edit]

据博雅地名网所载，镇名有两种来历：一说清末圆井（今黄井）有人考中进士，自此称文峰；另一说因山峻林茂、群峰秀丽，居民自报家住文峰而得名。[4]

地理环境[edit]

镇域属亚热带季风性湿润气候，平均气温约21℃，年降雨量约1500毫米，一年日照时数逾两千小时，无霜期则长达三百三十天以上。镇域与龙海、南靖、漳浦相接。[1]

人口与行政区划[edit]

2020年9月镇长在线访谈中称，全镇总人口21123人，辖9个行政村和3个社区。[3] 2024年平和县民政局编制的行政区划表，将社区定为龙文、西蝉、龟仔头三处，行政村则有柴船、前埔、龙东、南虾、龙山、三坪、文美、文洋、黄井九个。[2] 博雅地名网另载镇域约1.43万人，未注年份，与访谈数字相差很大，两者的统计口径未经说明。[4] 2021年发布的镇情介绍载总人口14135人，其内容多沿用更早年份的数据。[1]

经济[edit]

镇内以果蔬种植为主，水果有蜜柚、芦柑、香蕉、荔枝、龙眼，另有台湾芭乐、青枣、芒果等，平和王官溪蜜柚与芦柑的主产区之一即在此地。[1] 镇上另有一座果蔬批发市场，规模在全县居首，蜜柚等果品由此外销。[3] 工业以木制品加工、食品包装和机械制造为主，文美村一带设有机械电子产业园区。[1][3]

文化[edit]

三平祖师信俗于2014年进入国家级非遗名录；海内外分庙三百五十余座，台湾占五十多座。[6]

名胜古迹[edit]

三平寺在镇境内，据百度百科所载始建于唐代，依山而建，寺中有山门、大雄宝殿、祖殿、塔殿，现为省级文物保护单位。[6][7] 平和县政府网站与博雅地名网的文峰镇概况写作始建于唐咸通七年（866年），百度百科则写作唐会昌五年（845年），两说并存。[1][5][6]

三平风景区在镇境内，属国家4A级旅游区，规划面积约20平方千米，主要景点有三平寺、毛氏洞和红军三平会师纪念馆，后者1988年建馆，纪念1935年7月红三团与红九团在此会师。[7] 景区内另有龟蛇峰、虎爬泉、龙瑞瀑布等景致。[1]
