溪州村隶属于平和县小溪镇，在县城东南，临近花山溪，与坂仔镇相邻，离县城市区约3公里[1][2]。

名称由来[edit]

明代已成村，村地濒临花山溪，沙洲与平地相间，村名取溪州之意[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

明代为溪州社，属清宁里；清代归琯溪约。1934年归琯溪镇，1950年为山格区高南乡辖地。1957年分出溪州乡，1958年设溪州大队，1962年改属城关公社。1984年改为溪州村委会，1987年归入小溪镇[1]。

交通[edit]

省道牛旧线与沈海高速复线从村中穿过，村内有高速公路平和出入口[3]。

荣誉[edit]

溪州村于2021年11月被评为「2021年福建省卫生村」，评定单位为省爱卫办[1]。
