石桥村是书洋镇下辖的行政村，是以张姓为主的客家人聚落，村内多座土楼，村名来自旧时滨背洋上的一座天然石桥。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

据维基百科，石桥的建村时间早于明代。明朝属永丰里二图，清朝属梅陇总，民国时期为曲江乡的一部分，称石桥堡。[2]

正统八年（1443年），张念三郎自广东大埔迁入定居，被尊为开基祖，此后张姓成为村中人数最多的姓氏。[2]

1958年公社化后设石桥大队；1984年改设为石桥村委会。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

顺裕楼动工于1927年，张启根为主筹建，前后历时二十年完工。它是通廊式圆形土楼，外径约74米，共有369间房。据维基百科，它是石桥的第一座圆楼，也是南靖县内规模最大的圆形土楼；据百度百科，它是南靖县文物保护单位。[2][3]

村东的东山祠即张氏宗祠，堂号追远堂，明崇祯十年（1637年）初建，清光绪二十三年重修。[2]

文化[edit]

2003年，石桥村被认定为第二批省级历史文化名村。[2]

2015年10月，石桥村入选「福建省第一批省级传统村落」；2016年12月，被列为「第四批中国传统村落」。[1]

2019年1月，石桥村入选「第七批中国历史文化名村」。[1]

2021年11月，石桥村被评为「2021年福建省卫生村」；同年12月，获「2021年度福建省森林村庄」称号。[1]

2022年10月，石桥村被福建省农业农村厅认定为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」。[1]
