奎坑村是书洋镇下辖的行政村，村名取自驻地的一个自然村。该处地形似龟坑，原名龟坑；因位于奎洋河的上游，改称奎坑。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
解放前为奎坑保。解放后归第五区奎坑乡管辖；1958年公社化后设奎坑大队，1984年改设奎坑村委会。[1]
文化[edit]
2021年11月，奎坑村被评为「2021年福建省卫生村」。[1]
