历史沿革[edit]
1976年，两个生产大队合并为新内大队，1984年改称新内村委会。[2]
1980年，村中建成一座东西横跨西溪支流的百米石拱大桥，结束了以渡船和柴桥引渡的历史。[1]
文物与古迹[edit]
村中列入县级文物保护的明代古建筑有龙安岩、镇安塔、徐坑宫、古墓葬亭仔墓等，村中还有流传至今的井仔丘舞狮队。[1]
据百度百科，村中现存的金峰堂历史建筑列入2024年县级保护名录。[3]
地理与产业[edit]
全村有果园500亩、林地9800亩和耕地3360亩。村中出产香蕉、龙眼、芦柑和麻笋。内线公路新都线从村中始发，外连国道319线，并与镇内各行政村相通。[1]
电视连续剧《萧萧母子河》曾在村中拍摄外景。[1]
