名称与沿革[edit]
据博雅地名网，村中开基始祖杨贵华从华安迁来。当时因地方上的封建势力，将“东苑”的“苑”字改为“坂”字。[1]
另一说见博雅地名网的地名由来：村位于靖城的东边，地势平坦，“坂”即指平坦之地，故名东坂。[2]
1958年实行人民公社化，此地成为东坂大队；1984年改设东坂村村民委员会。[1]
