保林村是南靖县丰田镇下辖的行政村，村名旧作宝林。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

文化大革命期间，因宝林与保林谐音，村名改为保林。[1]

1999年，此地改设保林村村民委员会。在此之前，村地原属丰田农场，1962年成为集体所有的大队，1965年重新并回农场，之后又恢复宝林作区。[1]

福建省爱卫办于2021年11月把保林村列为「2021年福建省卫生村」。[1]
