汤坑村位于南靖县山城镇境内。村中地下自然涌出热水，村落四周环山，地势如同一个坑，故名汤坑。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
村子于1954年12月自平和县改属南靖。公社化时与大岭合为北岭大队，1961年才分开；1984年设立汤坑村委会。[1]
文化[edit]
2022年9月，汤坑村获认定为「2022年度市级“一村一品”专业村」，主产杨桃。2022年12月，福建省绿化委员会将汤坑村命名为「2022年福建省森林村庄」。[1]
