前楼镇是福建省漳州市东山县下辖的镇，位于东山县西南侧，镇域距县城中心区约5公里，西临诏安湾，海岸线长约12公里。[1][3] 镇内辖七个行政村，分别为岱南、前楼、东英、径里、叶厝、顶上与下西坑，共有24个自然村。[1][3] 西埔湾围垦区的虾池与浅海滩涂是全县重要的水产养殖区，镇内芦笋种植也使前楼成为东山白芦笋的主产地。[1][4]

历史沿革[edit]

明清至民国年间，前楼一带是乡、保的驻地，清代的行政归属为诏安县五都。[3] 民国时期此地隶属东山县西南乡；1950年编入第三区，1958年并入西埔公社。[3] 1961年，西埔公社拆出部分村庄另立前楼公社，公社沿用旧乡保驻地的名字。[3] 1984年前楼改设乡建制，[3] 到1998年6月3日，前楼乡再度改设为镇，辖域未变。[2] 博雅地名网的说法是1999年，百度百科则说1997年10月，两者与县政府的记录不符，这里采用县政府的日期。[3][5]

“前楼”之名取自前梧村的“前”字与土楼村的“楼”字，两字合并而成。[3]

地理环境[edit]

镇域东侧与县城西埔镇接壤，又与国家级东山经济技术开发区相邻；南面以西埔湾海堤为界，与陈城镇衔接；北侧经省道双码线通往杏陈镇，县道西湖线横贯全镇。[1][2][3] 镇政府所在地距县城中心区约3公里。[1]

海岸线全长约12公里，西侧濒临诏安湾。西埔湾的巴非蛤与牡蛎是镇内两大水产品，诏安湾海域另有两万多亩浅海滩涂。[1][4]

经济[edit]

耕地、园地与林地分别为3600亩、8200亩和6660亩，其中芦笋种植约3800亩，水果约3600亩。[1] 西埔湾围垦区的虾池养殖约6500亩，是镇内水产养殖的主体。[1][4]

生态环境[edit]

镇域获评国家级生态镇，并拥有1个国家生态村、6个省级生态村，生态公益林约8000亩。[1]

荣誉[edit]

  • 2011年10月，前楼镇列入国家生态建设示范区之下的「全国环境优美乡镇」名单。[3][5]
  • 2017年2月，前楼镇获得「福建省关心下一代工作委员会‘五好’基层关工委先进集体」称号。[1]
  • 2020年12月，福建省爱卫办授予前楼镇「福建省卫生乡镇」的称号。[3]
  • 2022年10月，前楼镇经福建省农业农村厅认定，列为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」。[3]
  • 2023年2月，前楼镇上榜「福建省第三批高级版绿盈乡镇」名单。[3]
  • 2026年2月13日，前楼镇被纳入「第四批福建省乡村振兴示范乡镇」的创建对象名单。[5]
